A week of credit mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme at Rzeszow University of Technology

On October, 2-7, 2017 “Staff training week”, administrative staff training within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme was held at Rzeszow University of Technology. The following representatives of higher educational establishments from Ukraine and Uzbekistan participated in this event: Vitaliy Kharuta, Candidate of Science in Engineering, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management, Logistics and Tourism of National Transport University; Anna Yakovleva, Candidate of Science in Engineering, Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology of National Aviation University; Pr. Zafar Juraev, Head of the International Department of Andijan Machine-building Institute.

During the training presentation of each university was made, rules of mobility for teachers, students and administrative staff were discussed, and relevant agreements were signed. In addition, working meetings with Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Pr. Grzegorz Ostasz, DSc, PhD; Pr. Stanisława Gędka, DSc, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Management  and Ms. Magdalena Suraj, Student Credit Mobility Coordinator of the Faculty of Management  were held. During the meetings the issues of existing close connections between universities, scientific developments, and participation in joint conferences, publication of articles and the necessity for their expansion through submitting application for participation in other Erasmus+ programmes were discussed. At the end of the training, the participants were given an opportunity to attend the inauguration ceremony of the first-year students and awarding of degrees to University and pilot courses graduates. Apart from huge experience, upon completion of training each participant received a certificate confirming the credit mobility implementation.
