4th Meeting of the Project Management Committee of the ISDEGO Project
Within the framework of the international Erasmus+ project ISDEGO – Implementation of Sustainable Urban Development Goals in Transport Bachelor Degree, the 4th meeting of the Project Management Committee (PMC) was held. The meeting brought together representatives of partner universities from Poland, Italy, Romania, Germany, Ukraine, and Moldova.

During the meeting, the key results of the project’s work packages were reviewed, along with discussions on the current progress of tasks and the next steps for further development.
The National Transport University acts as a sub-coordinator of the project; therefore, its representatives–Professor of the Department of Transport Systems and Road Safety Olha Kunytska, Head of the Department and Professor Oksana Hulchak, and Associate Professor Stanislav Popov – not only presented reports within their respective work packages but also participated in the planning of strategic aspects of the project implementation.
Main outcomes of the meeting:
Participants presented and discussed progress in the following work packages:
- financial reporting, the status of grant funding utilization, and co-financing;
- presentation of newly developed syllabi for mandatory courses and updates to elective courses in universities of Ukraine and Moldova;
- the status of equipment procurement and progress in developing the SUTLab methodological guide for the use of laboratory equipment;
- reporting and planning of academic mobility (both online and offline formats);
- SUTLab – preparation for the launch of Sustainable Urban Transport Laboratories at partner universities.

In addition, reports on other ongoing tasks were presented, which helped align partner activities and ensure adherence to the overall project implementation schedule.

The second day of the PMC meeting was dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of all work packages. Participants thoroughly discussed achieved results, identified key challenges and issues, and outlined directions for their resolution.
Particular attention was paid to planning future activities, preparing the project report, and defining specific tasks for the next stage of implementation.
The meeting confirmed a high level of cooperation among partners, effective coordination of efforts, and a shared commitment to achieving the project’s goals aimed at integrating the principles of sustainable urban development into transport education.
