Implementation of the Erasmus+ programme at National Transport University

On the second day of credit mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, meetings with Ms. Ewa Kaczan-Winiarska, Head of the International Department of Rzeszow University of Technology, Ms. Monika Mistur-Góral, a leading specialist of the department, Prof. Bakulich O. O., Dean of the Faculty of Management, Logistics and Tourism, Coordinator of the Erasmus+ programme at National Transport University and Prof. Mateichyk V.P., Dean of the Faculty of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering were held.

 

During the meetings, the opportunities for further cooperation between universities within the framework of the Erasmus + program for students and staff of the Faculty of Management, Logistics and Tourism and the Faculty of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering of National Transport University were discussed.

 

After discussing the issues of further cooperation between universities, an excursion to the Faculty of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering laboratories was organized. During the excursion Dr. Zyuman M.P., Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering, guided the guests from Rzeszow University of Technology round the laboratories of engines and vehicles testing, Vehicle Scientific and Training Center, the Scientific Training Production Complex NTU-MOTUL as well as Road Machines Scientific and Training Center.

In the laboratory of engines testing, Pavlenko V. O., Head of the laboratory, demonstrated training and research test stands for identifying parameters of modern internal combustion engines.

 

In the Department of Automobiles laboratory Razboinikov O.O. told the guests about the research of the main modules of modern vehicles.

In the Vehicle Scientific and Training Center the guests were acquainted with the basic processes of diagnosing a technical condition of modern cars and their servicing.

In the Scientific Training Production Complex NTU-MOTUL Dr. Pavlovskyi M. V., the Department of Motor Vehicle Maintenance and  Service, demonstrated the characteristics of modern equipment for studying the properties of automotive maintenance materials granted to the university by MOTUL.

In the Road Machines Scientific and Training Center Dr. Vysokovych Ye. V., the Department of Road Machines, told the guests about the organization of laboratory classes and research based on modern road machines and special equipment provided by Zeppelin-Ukraine company, an official representative of  Caterpillar company in Ukraine.

After the excursion the guests had an opportunity to listen to the presentation made by Dr. Liaskovskyi V. P., Head of the International Educational Center of Information Technology.

The report was focused on the main areas of activity of the International Educational Center of Information Technology and the future of information technology development at National Transport University.
